Cris Doby
Program Officer

Prior to joining Erb as a program officer, Doby served as a program officer with the C. S. Mott Foundation where she supported grantmaking in community engagement and urban revitalization. Previous to Mott, Doby served as a Community Builder Fellow with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, working to expand access to decent and affordable housing. Earlier in her career, her work with several Catholic dioceses included international relief and development, cultivating community partnerships focused on reducing hunger, developing educational materials and policy analysis, and providing technical assistance and consulting services to community groups. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Loyola University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. Cris is the primary contact for Environmental Health & Justice and Alzheimer’s research grants.
