Jackie Nayh

Jackie Nayh is the Program Assistant at the Fred & Barbara Erb Family Foundation, where she provides key project management and administrative support across both Program and Administrative teams. From managing timelines and grant records to data compliance and research, Jackie is hands-on through the entire grantmaking process from initial proposal all the way through final reporting. She also helps with event and meeting coordination and preparing communications — ensuring our work to support grant partners is operating smoothly.  

Prior to joining the Erb Family Foundation in September 2026, Jackie was a Project Coordinator at The Henry Ford. In that role, she supported senior leadership and the advancement team through detailed project tracking, presentation preparation, and organizational communications. 

Jackie studied psychology at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and is motivated by work that creates meaningful, lasting impact for people and communities. Outside of the office, she treasures time with her husband and children, going for walks, and relaxing with her favorite reality TV shows. She’s also a former marching band member who still keeps a love of music close to her heart.
