Rámona Mayberry

Office Manager


Rámona (Ráe) Mayberry is the Office Manager at the Fred and Barbara Erb Family Foundation, where she maintains a uniformly excellent office experience for our staff, visitors, and board; manages accounts payable and supports the Foundation administration team; helps manage calendars, scheduling, and events for the team; and contributes to a positive team culture.

Prior to joining the Erb Family Foundation, she worked in education, serving as Executive Assistant II at Oakland Schools and as Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education at Farmington Public Schools. She also brings a strong background in grants and sponsorships, with over a decade at the Kresge Foundation supporting the Director of Grants Management, and five years at Rocket Mortgage managing budgets, operational functions, and the development of grant and contract agreements.

Outside of work, Ráe enjoys spending time with her children and her Yorkie, Biggie Smalls, attending church, ballroom dancing, rollerskating, bowling, watching movies, and curling up with a good book.
