Taylor Williams is a Council of Michigan Foundations philanthropy fellow in partnership with the Fred A. and Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation. She will be working with the Arts and Culture, Sustainable Business, and Environmental Health and Justice grantmaking programs.  

Taylor is a lifelong Michigander with a strong commitment to education and community engagement. In 2022, she graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BBA in Business Management and a minor in music performance. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution. Her career has taken her on a path of purpose, including roles such as a Corporate Giving Intern at General Motors, a Volunteer Engagement and Giving Intern with Rocket Community Fund, and a Community Student Assistant at Engage@EMU.

Outside of work, one of her proudest achievements to date is co-founding the Gender Consciousness Project, a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering young women of color in Southeast Michigan.
