Inflation Reduction Act – Great Lakes Twitter Chat
On August 16, 2022, President Joe Biden signed into law the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022. The law will authorize $369 billion in spending on energy and climate change – the largest investment into addressing climate change in United States history. How will investments in climate change impact the Great Lakes? Join the conversation on Twitter on October 4th where over a dozen organizations will live-Tweet answers to questions about the bill and engage in conversation. From 11 am – 12 pm EDT, Twitter users will share resources and opinions and answer questions about how the Inflation Reduction Act impacts the Great Lakes basin.
