We’re Looking for a Communications Manager

The Erb Family Foundation is hiring a part-time Communications Manager to join its hybrid team in Birmingham, Michigan.

This new position will contribute to developing and executing a range of communications that amplify our grantees’ impact, advance knowledge sharing across our areas of support, and lift up the legacy of the Foundation’s founders. The Communications Manager will work directly with senior Foundation leadership and staff and coordinate with grant partners to produce e-newsletters, social media posts, press releases, speeches and presentations, analytics reports, and other digital and print communications.

We’re looking for someone with a personal interest in issues relating to the environment, sustainable business, and/or arts and culture and who can bring experience working with philanthropic or nonprofit organizations—along with exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
